Serviq provides an AI-powered scheduling chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate appointment booking through intelligent chat assistants integrated with Google Calendar.

3. Account Registration

To use Serviq, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant Serviq permission to read your calendar availability and create appointments on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your account settings.

Serviq's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Usage Limits and Billing

Serviq tracks AI token usage for billing purposes. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and ensuring it stays within your monthly spending limits. You will be charged based on actual usage at the rates displayed in your dashboard.

7. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Serviq, including:

• Business information and branding
• Knowledge base entries
• Chat conversations
• Customer data

You grant Serviq a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of Serviq is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement strict tenant isolation to ensure your data is never shared with other users.

9. Intellectual Property

Serviq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Serviq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serviq from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms
